This project was unique, in that the home was not yet occupied by my client. Being hired prior to closing, this before picture is of the previous owner’s Living room. Since the double height room had windows on 2 of the 3 walls, special attention was given to the wall with out; to provide balance. It was important for the client to have a traditional setting where they could entertain guests without the room being overly elaborate. Golds and burgundy colors were used to coordinate with the clients Oriental area rug. Furniture with clean lines were chosen; traditional in a very current way. The window treatments offer privacy, warmth and the finishing touch needed in this tall space. Classic and simply lovely!
